a generic Winter CES 1995 build recreation

it's a mario 64 beta hack, that aims to replicate what the actual December 1995 build looked like

v1.0.1 - Small bugfixes, updated code and hud, removed peaches slide & metal cap star, slightly updated clock tower model, added koopa the quick (currently a work in progress feature), and added beta red coin size.

-current in development changes-
minor bug fixes: Clock tower camera, conveyer belt movement, bob-omb battlefield spawn position from level select.

edits to existing levels: custom fences no longer have shading (aka the ones that are part of the levels.), removal of the gap inside the cage in clock tower, updated skyboxes, some gigaleak objects ported over, updated big boo's haunt model, etc.

new stuff: wet dry world, slightly more accurate moveset, maybe even firebubble2.
