Aquarium Park

This hack contains a single water level, based on Aquarium Park from Sonic Colors.
It was created for the ROM Hack Time Challenge Round 1, the first in a series of hacking competitions hosted by ToasterKetchup, where participants had a limited time period to create short hacks.
