Flightless and Careless Penguin (Basic Decomp Hack)

A Basic decomp hack that just makes the Racing Penguin tired and give out the star whether you cheat or not. (Code checks if mario cheated but if he did, it's set to false so penguin gives out a star anyways.)

Version 1.1 adds angry eyes to the Penguin.

Racing Penguin has seen Mario surpass him over the past 30 years so he gives up. Both Racing Penguin and the baby penguin are really tired in these tough times.

Mostly just the vanilla game so most content except what i described is unchanged.

Made with a new tool called Decomplicator by LucretiaArc that automates and makes it easy for anyone (even without C knowledge like me) to set up the Hacker64 version of Sm64decomp
