Luigi 2007 Patch

Mario's model is changed to a "weird tall Luigi with a squished nose and clown shoes", done by distorting vertices positions. A pipe is also added to the castle grounds, which leads to the castle's courtyard.
It predates the 2008 Luigi model that was included in Toad's Tool 64, being one of the oldest ROM hacks ever made.
