Takua 64 (Bionicle64) MUSIC COMING SOON

Takua 64 is a major total conversion mod for Super Mario 64 created by Superstupidy to bring the world of Bionicle into the N64 3D platforming era!

With environment and level design inspired by games like Metroid Prime, Tomb Raider, and of course, the many Bionicle games that had a huge influence on this game’s world.
MNOG,
MNOGII,
Bionicle the Game,
The Legend of Mata Nui,
and Tales of the Tohunga,
being primary examples.

With 99 “Toa Stones” to find and collect, Takua 64 is a very large romhack feturing 12 levels, each with multiple areas to explore and challenges to overcome.

Takua 64 is aimed at pleasing (hopefully) Bionicle fans with little to no SM64 experience as well as SM64 veterans with its difficulty.
I may have leaned a little hard towards the difficult end, especially starting somewhere in the middle of the game.

If you’re only really interested in seeing the game and the environments, but aren’t really interested in challenging yourself too much, savestates are definitely an option. There’s no shame in using them!
I’ll also have a full developer commentary on my Youtube channel of course, so if you need help figuring out how to beat a certain level, or if you just want to sit back and see the whole game, that option is available as well.

(GAME INFORMATION) (SPOILERS)

COINS:

Coins (or lightstones) are only really placed in the game for the sake of filling out the levels, guiding the player, and score.
No 100 Coin Stars.

ADVANCED TECHNIQUES:

This game will require a few SM64 speedrunning techniques, however, if you don’t know them, fear not, if I did my job correctly, you should be able to learn these moves from information in the game.

Examples of advanced techniques include:

Slide Kicking
Triple Jump Dive
